Terms & Conditions

Any order placed via this website is subject to these Terms & Conditions. Orders are accepted only for UK delivery, and only for local delivery for fresh flowers (see below).

Prices & Online Payment

Prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT where applicable and may be subject to a delivery charge according to the type of product.

Payments by credit card, debit card or PayPal account are processed by PayPal using their secure servers and at no time are your card details disclosed to Busy Blooms.
Your order will only be processed once we have received payment confirmation from PayPal.


Fresh flowers are seasonal and not all varieties may be available at the time of order. We will do our very best to include the specified items but reserve the right to substitute flowers or products with an item of the same value and quality.

Most of the images shown on the website are Busy Blooms' own work, but some are stock images of designs that can be recreated for you.


Artificial Flowers
These will be delivered by ParcelForce and so can be despatched to any UK address. Delivery charge is £8.50.

Funeral Flowers
Funeral flowers must be ordered at least four days prior to the funeral date. The date, time and place of the funeral, together with the name of the deceased, must be entered into the box provided on the Checkout page.

Flowers will be delivered to the (Plymouth area) funeral parlour specified by the customer two hours before the funeral time. Once delivery has been made, Busy Blooms cannot accept any responsibility for subsequent damage. Delivery charge is £2.50

Wedding Flowers
These will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer. Complete and correct address details must be provided. Once delivery has been made, Busy Blooms cannot accept any responsibility for subsequent damage. Delivery charge is £2.50

Collection From Store
If you prefer you may collect your order from us in Southway, Plymouth, in which case there is no delivery charge. Please telephone to arrange a mutually convenient time.

Cancellation, Returns & Complaints

Fresh flowers, being perishable items, do not fall within the 14 day cancellation or return policy in the Customer Contract Regulations. Similarly our artificial flower arrangements are made up especially for the customer and so as custom-made items they also are outside the scope of these regulations.
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled and the goods may not be returned.

If for any reason you are not happy with the products you receive from Busy Blooms, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will do our best to resolve your complaint.


The information you provide to Busy Blooms via this website is used solely to help us process your order and is used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The information will not be disclosed to any third party.
